The University Grants Commission (UGC) on July 16, 2026, advised Higher Education Institutions to organize the P.N. Panicker National Reading/Digital Reading Day-Month Celebrations, 2026.
It has circulated a communication received from the P.N. Panicker Foundation regarding the P.N. Panicker National Reading/Digital Reading Day-Month Celebrations 2026. All Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) have been requested to organize reading and digital reading activities as part of the celebrations and encourage active participation of students and faculty members to promote reading habits and digital literacy.
